SV – 4003: Low emission surfactant for 4 automotive foam

 

SV-4003 is a low-emission silicone-polyether surfactant specifically designed for automotive polyurethane foam applications. It is compatible with both MDI- and TM-based foam systems and supports densities ranging from 35 to 60 kg/m³. Offering excellent cell regulation and an open-cell foam structure, SV-4003 simplifies foam processing and ensures superior quality with easy crushability. Its wide processing latitude makes it ideal for moulded foam systems used in automotive seating.
