The Helio Beit UV-Series consists of pigment pastes based on a UV-curing acrylic resin, offering easy incorporation into radiation curing systems. These pastes provide excellent stability, are free of monomers, and feature 100% solid content, ensuring high color strength and excellent compatibility with UV and EBC-curing binder systems.

User Guideline:
Helio Beit UV-Series pastes should be mixed slowly by stirring. They are photoinitiator-free, and the appropriate initiators should be determined through laboratory tests based on color and hiding power.
Storage/RRD:
When stored properly between +5° and +25°C, the pigment concentrates have a shelf life of 6 months.
Packaging:
The Helio Beit UV-Series is supplied in standard 25 kg kegs, with additional packaging options like ~180 kg drums and ~1,000 kg IBCs.
