Product information
The Helio Beit LW-Series consists of pigment pastes formulated with water-reducible resins, ensuring easy integration into water-based coating systems. These pastes provide excellent compatibility with a variety of resins, offering stable pigment concentrates with high color strength, allowing for low addition rates. Most products in this series are solvent-free and maintain stability across a broad pH range, making them ideal for dispensing equipment in combination with base paint systems.

These pastes are applicable in both one- and two-component air- and forced-drying systems, as well as air-drying and stoving applications.
User Guidelines:
The Helio Beit LW-Series pastes should be mixed in slowly by stirring. Addition rates can go up to 10%, but higher rates for full-tone pigmentation require preliminary testing.
Storage/RRD:
Storage at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C, the pigment concentrates have a shelf life of 12 months.
Packaging:
The Helio Beit LW-Series is packaged in standard 25 kg kegs, with additional options of ~180 kg drums and ~1,000 kg IBICs.
