Product information
The pre-mix for solid cleaning blocks where a natural certification such as COSMOS is important. The combination of Sodium Coco Sulfate with Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate ensures a thorough yet mild cleansing of the entire body.
Unlike classic soaps, this material can be freely adjusted with regard to the pH level. This makes it possible to use ingredients for liquid shampoos, shower gels and other personal cleaning products in solid form. Conditioners for hair or active ingredients that have very specific requirements for stability can therefore be used.
Because these blocks do not require packaging, it is possible to create a product line without (plastic) packaging. Many brands are increasingly moving towards less packaging, especially those that process products such as natural cosmetics.
However, for both natural cosmetics and packaging-free products, the quality and performance of the product remain important. Developing and producing syndet soap blocks requires a lot of specialist knowledge and equipment. That is why, together with Zschimmer & Schwarz, we offer extensive help with formula development.
