Outstanding tensile strength and flexibility:

* Tensile strength of 10.4 MPa – Surpassing alternatives; ensures robust and durable end

   products.
* Elongation at break of 346% – Maximum flexibility and stretchability for applications requiring

   the highest material mobility.

Superior tear and abrasion resistance:

* Tear resistance of 9 N/mm – Significantly higher tear strength than reference products,

making it ideal for highly stressed rubber products.
* Optimized abrasion resistance – Provides longer lifespan and stability under mechanical load.

Optimized electrical insulation properties:

* Surface resistance of 5.8 x 10⁶ Ω and volume resistance of 3.7 x 10⁶ Ω·cm – Perfect for

applications that require high electrical insulation.

Efficient and controlled vulcanization:

* Longer vulcanization time (t90 of 14.6 minutes) – Ensures controlled, uniform crosslinking, ideal

for homogeneous and stable structures in the final product.
* Lower hardness (MH of 30.4 dNm) – More flexibility in processing, enhancing the material's

   adaptability.

Optimal particle size distribution for even dispersion:

* Narrow distribution in the upper range (x90 of 6.4 µm and x99 of 11 µm) – Ensures uniform

dispersion, better processability, and smooth surface quality in the final product.

Highly durable mineral composition:

* High content of free silica (approx. 65%) and kaolinite – Provides excellent chemical and thermal

stability, along with superior acid resistance.
